"In 2011, Diane and I founded Premium Transport Staffing, a decision we believe was guided by God's providence..."
Growing up, I spent summers working with my grandfather, a commercial truck driver, which sparked my connection with the trucking industry. It was during a time of crisis, after losing my job, that we felt called to start our own transportation staffing company. With no money to our name, we raised $240,000 from family and friends to get the business started. Since then, we’ve grown to serve over 300 clients and employ more than 150 drivers.
Our success is a result of faith, hard work, and the legacy of my grandfather, who inspired both my career an my commitment to family values.

Premium Transport Staffing (PTS®) is not just a transportation staffing company but a ministry driven by a deep sense of purpose and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. At PTS®, we believe that our work goes beyond just filling jobs; it’s about positively impacting the people we work with, our drivers, and our communities. Our partnership with the Pocket Testament League (PTL) plays a central role in that mission, as it aligns our efforts to make known the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.
By “knowing Him and making Him known,” we embody a philosophy that guides every aspect of our business. Knowing Him refers to a deep, personal connection with God that informs our actions and values. This connection influences how we treat our drivers, clients, and partners, aiming to create an environment of care, respect, and honesty. In collaboration with the Pocket Testament League, PTS actively shares the message of faith, spreading hope and encouragement wherever we operate. PTL’s mission is to equip people to share their faith through the distribution of pocket-sized Gospels, which is a key part of our shared commitment to make a difference in the world. This partnership amplifies our ability to touch lives in profound ways, both within the transportation industry and beyond.

The Pocket Testament League (PTL) is a global community of believers united by a shared mission: to introduce others to Jesus through a simple, repeatable method. By offering individuals a Gospel of John—the Word of God—they invite people to encounter Jesus. PTL believes that faith comes from hearing the message of Christ, as expressed in Romans 10:17, “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” In partnership with Premium Transport Staffing, PTL works together to share this powerful message far and wide, ensuring that the opportunity to hear the gospel is available to all.
