We offer both dedicated driving and temp-to-hire driving jobs as well as the temp driver jobs you may be accustomed to. Best of all, neither option requires you to make a fast commitment. You’ll have plenty of time to see what the job is like before you sign on full-time.
Dedicated Driver Jobs
Working as a dedicated driver means that you’ll work with the same employer every week. If you like the assignment and they like the way you work, they have the option to bring you on board as a permanent employee.
Temp-To-Hire Driver Jobs
Temporary-to-hire driving jobs are similar, but in this case, the client is looking for a good driver to hire permanently. If you’re happy with the job and they’re happy with your driving skills and work ethic, they can offer you full time employment as a driver for their company. Once they see your dedication, reliability, and skills firsthand, they will make you an offer to get hired as a permanent employee.

While you’re working as a temporary-to-hire driver, you’re part of the PTS® team. You’ll have access to the same benefits as our on-demand and temporary driving. Once you’re hired by an employer as a permanent driver, they’ll discuss what benefits they offer, but with Premium Transport Staffing, you’ll earn competitive compensation and benefits, including:
