When PTS® opened its doors back on July 14th 2011, we were recruiting and dispatching drivers from two offices located in Ontario and Whittier, Ca. It was not until 2013 when Eddie President/Owner of PTS® was introduced to Danny Rico, President/Owner of GoWitz. The two began to discuss how GoWitz Call Center could help PTS® in their dispatching responsibilities and have someone available 24 hours 7 days a week.
As PTS® began to grow so did GoWitz, which required hiring more office staff to keep up with the demand from our clients and to rethink how efficient our operating procedures were in recruiting. After much consideration, in 2019 PTS® gave GoWitz the responsibility to not only oversee our Dispatch Department but also the Recruiting Department.
For eight years PTS® and GoWitz have been in partnership with one goal in mind, to honor God first by impacting the lives of its employees, customers, and community by proclaiming truth in love in every aspect of work and that it would glorify the God of all creation who helps us.
